How it works

Order Process

  1. Product selection – Once you have logged in, choose the products you want and specify the quantities. We do not show real-time availability because many items — particularly large-format pure pastes — are made to order.
  2. Order request – After you submit your cart, we receive the order via email. We will send you a pro forma invoice in PDF with a summary of the products, the transport cost (calculated through our shipping platform) and the production and delivery times. Shipments generally depart within 48 business hours of receiving payment; for large orders, production may require 10–14 days.
  3. Payment methods – The pro forma invoice offers two options: Bank transfer — we will provide our IBAN for a payment without additional costs; Credit card via Stripe — you can pay online with your card, we will apply the commission provided by the platform and the percentage will be clearly indicated.
  4. Shipping and tracking – Once payment has been received, we prepare the shipment and send you a confirmation email with the tracking number.
